- Hotline and remote access
- Software and system updates
Maintenance and support for media technology in museums and permanent exhibitions – so your exhibition runs as reliably on its last day as on its first.
With 235 Pulse, we check your media technology remotely on a regular basis: projectors, players, computers and network. We notice when a failure is building up and act before visitors notice anything.
On request, you receive a short report on the condition of your installation at regular intervals.
The easiest way is with our media control system 235 Media Control. It lets you control all your technology centrally and switch it on and off automatically – which also saves energy.
Three packages as a starting point – we tailor each one to your institution.

If a device fails, we bridge the gap with equipment from our own rental stock until the repair is done. Your exhibition stays complete.
If a manufacturer no longer supplies a part, we build a replacement in our workshop or adapt existing equipment.
Cleaning, filter changes and recalibration of colour, brightness and geometry: keeping your projections clean and brilliant for the long term.
We add new language versions, subtitles or accessible features – even to exhibitions that are already running.
Your team learns the essential routines. An emergency guide helps gallery staff when things need to happen fast.
All devices, access details and procedures are properly documented. That pays off at the latest when staff change.
Regular updates and separated networks protect your media technology and your institution’s IT.
Technical support for museum nights or openings, dismantling and reinstallation during refits, and storage for touring exhibitions.
Every exhibition is different. That is why we tailor the contract to your institution:
For new projects, we can include the service in our offer right away – in tenders, too.
We take a look at your media technology and tell you honestly where action is needed.
