Stuttgart Rosenstein | Showroom
In the heart of Stuttgart, a new neighborhood called the Rosenstein Quarter is taking shape on an 85-hectare site. To involve citizens in the planning process and solicit their opinions and wishes, the city of Stuttgart has set up an exhibition space measuring approximately 225 square meters near City Hall.
The centerpiece is a 23-square-meter “living city model” that serves as a projection surface for animations showing the various development scenarios for the future district, which can be selected on four tablets. Other engaging media stations include an “interactive screen,” an interactive quiz, several listening stations, and an interactive photo wall where visitors can take selfies in front of images of the future neighborhood.
235 Media developed the software, supplied, and installed the media technology, including soft-edge projections and COVID-19-compliant touchless interaction technology.
