InfoCenter indeland

The city of Düren is continuing to expand its recreational infrastructure: In a previously unused section of the Langerwehe train station, the development company indeland GmbH, with financial support from RWE Power and the municipality of Langerwehe, has established the multimedia and interactive information center “InfoCenter indeland.” Here, visitors will be able to learn about the recreational opportunities the Indeland has to offer, as well as the region’s history and the local lignite industry.

Opened in July 2017, the information center places particular emphasis on actively engaging visitors through multimedia information stations and interactive areas: For example, interested visitors can try out an e-bike simulator or use an e-card module to take selfies and send them as greetings from the Indeland.

235 MEDIA implemented the media technology and adapted and expanded existing content for the media stations.
