Interactive Media Table

The Interactive Table developed by 235 MEDIA is the ideal presentation medium for conveying complex relationships to larger visitor groups in a vivid, shared experience. As a central focal point in the room, it invites visitors to linger, explore, and exchange ideas.
We realise the table in two variants – tailored precisely to your exhibition. In the projection variant, content is projected vertically from above onto the table surface, which functions like an oversized touchscreen. Here, haptic elements can be placed directly on the surface; thanks to capacitive technology, these become interactive in their own right and can be specifically activated – the combination of real object and digital projection creates striking, tangible moments of discovery. The touchscreen variant uses large-format displays in a wide range of sizes and additionally enables interaction through tangibles: physical objects that are recognised on the table and let visitors control content intuitively. This variant is robust enough for outdoor use.
The basic application is a flexibly adaptable menu, which can be extended with games as well as video and camera feeds. Beyond this, the table can serve as a control system for lighting, sound, and video projections throughout the room – becoming a versatile system for presentation, control, and communication.
